VJNNS Team Visits Reliance Bio-Energy Complex, Kakinada-1 to Explore Sustainable Practices

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote sustainable agricultural practices and environmental conservation, the VJNNS team conducted a field visit to the Reliance Bio-Energy Complex at Kakinada-1.
The objective of the visit was to gain in-depth knowledge about the company’s business operations and understand the various eco-friendly products it offers. The team received a detailed briefing on Reliance’s diverse portfolio, which includes a strong focus on renewable and organic solutions.
A key highlight of the visit was the team’s exposure to the production process of Fermented Organic Manure (FOM). The team observed each stage of the preparation process—from raw material selection to final packaging. These practical insights offered valuable learning on how organic waste can be effectively converted into nutrient-rich manure that supports soil health and sustainable agriculture.
This exposure will help VJNNS strengthen its community-based environmental programs and promote the use of eco-friendly alternatives in farming across its operational areas
