The pre-construction training program was organized by the Visakha Jilla Nava Nirmana Samiti Narsipatnam and it was conducted in Munchangiputtu. This initiative specifically targeted Village Development Committee (VDC) members hailing from seven different villages. The entire program was under the guidance and leadership of the training manager.
During this training program, a total of 71 individuals actively participated. This inclusive participation comprised 38 male participants and 33 female participants. The sessions and activities within the program aimed to equip the VDC members with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective engagement in pre-construction activities, contributing to the overall development of the region.
These are the seven villages that participated in the pre-construction training program:
I. Bungaputtu Grama panchayat
1. Garram (Male-5, Female-5), 2. Kojiriguda (Male-5, Female-4), 3. Kodaguda (Male-5, Female-5), 4. Majjiguda (Male-6, Female-6), 5. Malugurayi (Male-4, Female-6).
II. Barada Grama panchayat
6. Baliyaguda & B.Sindhiputtu(Male-8,Female-3).
III. Kharimukhiputtu Grama panchayat
7. Merakachintha(Male-5,Female-4).
